focused hospitality.
For the past 18 years, I have proudly operated my international private chef company, Savour To Taste offering bespoke dining services to clients across the globe. Ranging from high-net-worth individuals and families to luxury travel providers and elite hospitality partners.
My career has taken me into some of the world’s most exclusive
environments: luxury yachts, private estates, world-class ski chalets,
fine dining restaurants, and renowned South African wine farms.
Whether it’s an intimate dinner, long-term client, villa residency, or a
high-profile retreat, I bring a personalized, professional approach to
every culinary experience I create.
My passion extends beyond the plate, I have studied nutrition, food
allergens, and diabetic-friendly cooking, and I bring a health-
conscious, globally inspired approach to my menus.
I have also developed a strong appreciation and knowledge of the South African wine industry, its varietals, and regional pairings.
Having cooked extensively in South Africa, United Kingdom, France (Mediterranean & Alps), Italy, Switzerland, Thailand, India, Canada, the Caribbean, Greece, Dubai, and Spain.
